1. Data Controller

The controller of your personal data is FIVE MELLON Single Member P.C., registered at 100 Kifisias Ave., Athens, VAT no. EL802867096. For matters concerning personal data you can contact our Data Protection Officer (DPO) at dpo@fivemellon.com.

2. Data We Collect

We collect the following personal data: contact details (name, email, phone) when you complete a contact form; browsing data (cookies, IP address) to improve the user experience; and any details you provide for the purpose of entering into a contract.

3. Purpose of Processing

Your data is used to: respond to your requests and communicate with you; provide our services and perform contracts; comply with legal obligations; and improve our services. We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for commercial purposes.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

Processing of your data is based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), the performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), a legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR) or our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

5. Your Rights

Under the GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. To exercise your rights, contact dpo@fivemellon.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).

6. Data Retention

We keep your data for as long as needed to fulfil the purposes of processing or for as long as the law requires. Data from contact forms is kept for 2 years; contractual data for 5 years after the contract ends.
